Agua Viva by Clarice Lispector as well as the Eye and the spirit by Merleau-Ponty tell, among other things, the deep relationship between body and life. Concerning to Lispector´s case, we can say that although the theme adopts all caleidoscopical and paradoxical dramaturgy, aspects considered by many critics, it’s necessary to be careful in order to bring out some aspects to enable a dialogue with the French philosopher. So, this work is based on the belief that themes like liberty, will, unity, death, birth, time, converge the theme of the body into two dimensions: universal and private, which can be defined, respectively, as bios (organic) and graph (plastic-literary).Downloads
