The interest in the creative process has raised in the last decade a wide variety of studies. The Genetic Criticism investigates the work of art from its construction, trying to understand the complexity of this process, the comings and goings of the author in the preparation of his work. The focus of our attention in this work will be on the creative process of writer Pedro Nava in his Beira-Mar/Memórias 4.
