Abstract

This study tries to grasp or to reflect about the connection between the implicit and the historical, in the analyze of the discourse. In order to understand the meaning, it was issued the interpretation of the some law texts, which helped in the explanation of the sense of the word "social".

Marcelo Corrêa Giacomini, Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (2006). Tem experiência em pesquisa na área Filosofia (curso de especialização) pela Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, e em Lingüística (mestrado em estudos lingüísticos) pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, compondo o Núcleo de Análise do Discurso (NAD).
