On December 1983, there was a meeting appointed by State Secretary of Industry and Commerce and State University of Londrina. The central aim of this meeting dealed with the establishment of one convention for elaborating a research on the identified opportunities of investiments in the micro region MRH - 281. The objective this Communication is to inform that research has been concluded and at the sometime has spreaded some results on this study.
