This paper presents a complete design of a UPS 3kVA for residential applications and it is an important contribution to the academic and commercial environment. It also allows the use of solar panels, can make the load in question less dependent on the grid, and the use of clean energy. To this end we implemented a prototype in the field with battery bank of 150V, using as general control a digital signal controller (DSC) family of DSP56F800E FreescaleTM.
