To verify the effect of the Modified Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (mRULA) on musculoskeletal symptoms (MSS) in office workers, the outcomes pain and disability were analyzed using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), the Neck Disability Index (NDI) and the Quick Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand Questionnaire (Quick-DASH). There were no improvements in MSS (EVA: z = 1.65, p = 0.13; NDI: z = 0.19; p = 0.88; and Quick-DASH: z = 0.27, p = 0, 81). Analysis of the outcomes with a period longer than 3 weeks is recommended.
