This research work has by object in the foreground, an analysis of the dimensions and characteristics of the fundamental rights of the human person, with determination of treatment that the subject has received in the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988, and then the treatment of the subject in the private sphere, with special focus on the principles of personality rights and their regulation in the Brazilian Civil Code of 2002. This situation only confirms the need for effective constitutional perspective of subjects of private law.Downloads
