The present paper presents a sociological view of conflict, considering it as part of the human being and social relations. Through the study of the set of behaviors linked and attributed to human beings, it is focused in what is the role of conflict in social dynamics. To understand the shared humanities, the human being from daily experiences will be analyzed initially, considering his experience with himself and in relation to others. Then, the social dynamics will be analyzed, showing that conflict is part of human nature and has a social role to be played in the reality experienced. In the end, it is concluded that it is through conflict that daily experiences take place and society develops. Denying its existence is the same as denying social changes. The research adopted the hypothetical-deductive method of approach and he historical-analytical procedure. As a research technique, it is adopted the indirect documentary.
