Abstract

The present work intends to bring some reflections on the study of economic regulation and competition in Brazil. Following it relates patterns of the state intervention in the economy and the rules against the abuse of the economic power. Finally it studies the Economic Constitution of 1988 and the Defense of the Competition law.
