Considers the historical process and agrarianlegislation that consolidated the birth of the landlordism in Braziland popular resistance emerging from conflict over landownership. Proposes the possibility of resolving collectivedisputes over land ownership and exclusion situation of ruralworkers with the creation and installation of Agrarian Justice.Describes the legal basis for such a specialized justice as aconsequence of principles included in the Federal Constitution.Conceives the agrarian question, access to land and legitimacyof the claim of Social Movements Rural of Works from theviewpoint of realization of the fundamentals of the FederativeRepublic of Brazil: citizenship, dignity of the human person.Concludes that only one Agrarian Justice become effective isthat the constitutional principle of the social function ofproperty, correcting distortions that fierce ideals, cause conflictsand obstruct Agrarian Reform.Downloads
