Reports the use of Norberto Bobbio's theory towards the Portuguese Law in the eighteen century. Analyzes the environment of the Law of Good Reason (1769) with special emphasis in the Marquis of Pombal. Raizes several juridical aspects of the Enlightment. Summarizes the Law of Good Reason, showing valuable opinions. Indicates the modernity of the issue, due to the conflict of laws in our times of globalization.
