Abstract

The present work has by purpose to approach aspects related to the theory of the State. It is a contribution to understand the most complex society already idealized by man. Although the 21^st century has wakened up under the song of the neoliberalism, the State continues to exercise deep influence on people's life, intervening all the time in public and private relationships. This complex reality deserves a detailed reflection from the Law specialists.
