The purpose of the present work is to provide a global optics about The Profile of the Formal Market of Work on Paraná State: analysis of the period of 1989-1999. In a first moment it analysis about the recent migrations and the urbanization in the State of Paraná and the influence of that transition of people. The study tries to demonstrate the profile of the Paraná's job market formal in the decade of 90. Finally, the recommendations in the conclusions.
