We propose to discuss in this article the reorganization of State for padding of the liberal ideology that guides economic-political movements and social post-revolution of 1789 in Europe. The test will map the theses three major theorists of this period to justify the development of a program to redirect the political-legal and social issues in order to resolve the many conflicts and instabilities that guide the new government system that is installed.Downloads
