Abstract

Para esta pesquisa destaca-se o controle estatal das políticas públicas de incentivos fiscais e financiamentos públicos concedidos às empresas que internalizam em sua gestão a ética ambiental. A atuação de controle interno e externo por meio do Legislativo, Executivo e Judiciário deve ter por paradigma as políticas do Estado Brasileiro atual, registradas em nível constitucional, e que apresenta em seu texto normativo uma nítida opção por políticas que viabilizem as conquistas do Estado Social Democrático de Direito. A atuação conjunta e efetiva destes órgãos possibilitará vivência com a segurança jurídica em sua concepção material de previsibilidade e justiça.

Mestre em Direito Negocial da Universidade Estadual de Londrina (2010), na área de concentração de Direito Empresarial, com ênfase em Direito Constitucional, Concorrencial, Econômico, Tributário e Ambiental, atuando principalmente nos temas relacionados às políticas públicas tributárias e econômicas, responsabilidade social da empresa e desenvolvimento sustentável. Advogada, com graduação em Direito pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (2004), tendo obtido Láurea Acadêmica.
