Abstract

The article discusses the transformations in photography from a concept created by Andreas Müller-Phole published in European Photography magazine in 1985. Having the term Expanded Photography as starting point, the transformations and the gains in the photographic language are discussed beyond of what was initially identified by the author, analyzing the evolutions proper to the photographic code from the entry of the digital system.
