Abstract

The union of men in society and the consequent formation of States are closely linked to human nature itself. The natural tendency to live in the midst of their fellow men, the need for cooperation between them in order that they meet their needs and are able to survive, there is a constant evolution of human associative forms, from the most primitive societies to the state paradigm adopted by us today, the democratic rule of law, as overcoming the previous state forms, which considers man in his complexity, endowed with dignity, considered in the aspect of the human person.
