This scientific article highlights the possibility of law without rules or norms from a phenomenological model. In this sense, this paper analyzes it with critical observations of the dangers that it may present. In addition, this study explores “entity-being” and “truth-freedom” in relation to the individual from the context of pre-Socratic thought and of Martin Heidegger written works. On another level, this research explores the many intricacies of language in order to explore other perspectives of law, highlighting distinct possibilities of positivist justice, which limits contemporary jurists.Downloads
