Abstract

In Chapter 2 of his book " Law and economics in Brazilian democratization " , José Eduardo Faria aims to analyze to what extent countries like Brazil to a successful transition from an authoritarian and bureaucratic regime to a democratic and representative through public policies intended to face the challenge of governance without compromising the constitutional order .
