Globalization and the impact on the national state crisis

Abstract

Globalization and social fragmentation are the main elements that influence the crisis of public / private dicotomina. The crisis faced by the modern state, with regard to political power, because of the crisis of the concept of sovereignty and the weakening of the public / private division, Floriano De Azevedo Marques Neto states that such elements cause the collapse of the modern state model, relating to question of the national state, which interferes with the notion of public interest.
