Abstract

Seeks to show the current democratic state of law problems . An interpretation according to the Alternative Law to solve them . It aims at a better understanding as to how to interpret a rule by the judiciary . Concludes the Alternative Law does not violate the principles and is not restricted to the literalness of the excluder law.
