Abstract

Seeks to understand the responsibility of the State Institute in its Gerale aspect , particularly with regard to the exercise of judicial functions , and pordiretrizes the historical development and daresponsabilidade informants theories of State jurisdiction. It aims to awaken the understanding of serviçojudiciário as kind of public service in general and , likewise demonstrate the magistrate of the frame in the agent category público.Analisa the legal system , seeking to absorb the various ways in which seapresenta to harmful judicial activity. It analyzes the constitutional text , with vistasao understanding of the accountability of the characteristics of the State Judge . It indicates aconsagração of State liability for judicial assistance , delimiting its applicability and informant theory.
