Abstract

Seduction, in the short story “Luas de mel”, is manifested, in a first moment, between the enunciator and the enunciatary departing from the discourse in the first person, that creates an effect of proximity, letting a relationship of cumplicity between them flow. It becomes concrete, later on, in the discourse level, in the delicate and reticent references from the enunciator to this woman. Such expressions of hidden kindness grow gradually in intimacy when the farmer lets himself get involved by the atsmophere that is installed on the farm with the preparation for the wedding. It is intended, therefore, to analyse seduction levels which are reveiled throughout the short story, having the semiotic greimasian model as its support.
