Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • FORMAT

    a) The submission file is in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice or RTF format, between 3500 and 5000 words, excluding the list of works cited, abstract and keywords (in both languages).

    b) The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; uses italics instead of underlining (except for URL addresses); figures and tables are inserted in the text, do not send them as attachments.

    c) The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in "Guidelines for Authors", on the About the Journal page.

    d) Footnotes are exclusively used to cite the text in a foreign language, whose translation must be in the body of the text.
  • In case of submission to a peer-reviewed section (e.g. articles), the submitted file does not contain forms of identification/authorship (for Word users, visit: https://tinyurl.com/2p8z49wv).
  • The author(s) declare(s) that he/she/they correctly chose the CFP to which the file was submitted (submissions sent in error will be discarded) and is/are submitting only one article per CFP; multiple submissions for the same CFP will be discarded.
  • The contribution is original and unpublished, and is not being evaluated for publication by another journal; otherwise, it must be justified in "Comments to the editor". Thesis or dissertation clipped texts available online will not be accepted.
  • Each article will be signed by one author or up to two co-authors. In the case of a single author, the requirement is a doctoral title. In the case of two co-authors, at least one of them must hold a doctoral degree and have actively participated in the writing of the article; thus, a master's or doctoral student may submit an article ONLY IF the second author holds a doctoral qualification.

The name(s) of the author(s) is not included in the submitted article.

The authors have provided the link to the Lattes profile of each author in the URL field and the link to the ORCID registration in the corresponding field in their registration.
