Discursive an analysis of issues reading assessment saems

Reading is characterized in this investigation as a discursive process in which the subject considers reader as producer of meaning , considering the whole socio-historical - ideological situation in which the reader and author are inserted. In this perspective , we intend to discuss some concepts present in the academic debate on the external evaluation and its relation to public policy , highlighting the following specific objectives : conceptualizing external evaluation of language Portuguese MS ( SAEMS ) and analyze the issues of reading applied to 3rd year high school , with the aim of verifying if these issues are in line with current conceptions of reading. This study found that the texts demanded the external evaluation SAEMS interpretation brings with ready and finished results , so do not make the student / reader is acting subject on the wording required .
