A interdiscursividade no discurso jurídico: petições de dissolução de sociedade de fato

This work has the main of pointing and analyzing the possible effects in meaning produced in the juridical discourse: petitions of society of event dissolution. In order to do so, a study has been the works related to Discourse Analysis-French thought, associating it to the juridical discourse. Our study is the result of a documental research that allowed us to analyze a corpus composed by twelve petitions collected randomly, within the ethical principles. From the conceptions of Pêcheux, Foucault, Maingueneau, among others, we analyzed the interdiscoursivity in the constitution of juridical discourse. We wait that this study can a relevant instrument of interpretation of linguistic reality, social and historical present in human relations.Downloads
