Formação de recursos humanos para a pré-escola: uma reflexão

The purpose of this text is to analyze pre-school having the professional preparation of teachers who work in it as a starting point. It goes over some aspects related to the lack of people specialized in this area due to insufficient investment in this kind of preparation. The technical competence and the responsibility taken by the teachers who work in pre-school are questioned in this text. It also nominates some basic pillars on which the preparation of teachers to the pre-school education should have its foundation. It emphasizes the importance of the University to this kind of teaching and its connection with it in order to overcome the bad conditions this level of teaching is facing.
