Um modelo para avaliação de desempenho de professores universitários

A four-dimensional model for evaluation of university teacher's performance is suggested. The four dimensions of the model cover the most important activities involved in professional and academic work within universities. Application of the model emphasizes (1) evaluation through group coordination rather than trough control; (2) measurent of performance through different instruments applied to different activities, and (3) use of group standards relevant to each dimension.
