Extrajudicial notes’s execution process

The present article analyzes the execution process, especially in regards to extrajudicial notes. It discusses the presuppositions and principles that conduct the process and the main characteristics of extrajudicial notes. Finally, it deals with the procedural phase of the execution process, from action proposition to execution creditor’s satisfaction until dissolution. It is important to emphasize that this research observed recent legislation modifications in the civil process field, especially those in the area of executive proceedings.
