Only 25,5% of the PMR occurred before the 37 weeks of gestation and 2d,3% of the new-bom were of low-weigh;. The caesarean rale was 20,6% and infection 15,4%. The perinatal death rate was 4,3%. Other data and considerations were analyzed in order to contribute in the decrease of the maternal and fetal morbileiability of this important obstetric pathology.
