Finding the best biological pairwise alignment through genetic algorithm

This article describes an alternative method based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) to find the optimal pairwise alignment. It describes the alignment sequence taking into account the chromosome. Each chromosome is associated with a fitness function based on BLOSUM50 substitution matrix.Downloads
