Abstract

The gathering of geotechnical investigation by SPT and CPT follow geological and environmental criteria, observed in maps, allowed identify different units, influence zones of degree of maturity or geomorphological conditions, influence of failed zone and different alluvial areas, allowed to see different behavior of ratio qc/N in soils of Porto Alegre. This work presents the criteria utilized for this differentiation, showing the graphics of corrletion between qc and N, and graphics showing the behavior of K (qc/N) in relation of the depth, with considerations about the results.

Roberto Naime, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul

 

Graduação em Geociências pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1981), mestrado em Geociências pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1988) e doutorado em Geologia Ambiental pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2001). Atualmente é professor do curso de engenharia industrial e do mestrado em Qualidade Ambiental do Centro Universitário FEEVALE, consultor da Fundação de Resíduos Industriais da ACI de São Leopoldo e da Fundação Desenvolvimento Ambiental da ACI de Novo Hamburgo. Tem experiência nas áreas de Geociências e Engenharia Ambiental, com ênfase em Gestão da Qualidade, Certificação Ambiental e Gestão de Resíduos Sólidos, atuando também nos seguintes temas: Geobiossistemas, Avaliação de Impactos Ambientais, EIA - RIMAs e Sensoriamento Remoto e Geoprocessamento, Estatística e Metodologia científica.
