Abstract

The present phase of the country's development demands that the business level of the productive units of the rural sector be elevated by means of greater rationalization in the manner of conducting agricultural and livestock enterprises. Thus, a discussion of a diagnostic model that might make possible a clear definition of the problems of a rural property, as a fundamental and previous stage in the process of planned intervention, is proffered.
