Abstract

Focus on seduction in the light of victimology. Survey, realized in the judicial districts of Presidente Prudente in the state of Sao Paulo and Londrina in the state of Parana, of the trial proceedings dealing with seduction, examining the results of these proceedings (number of convictions, aquittals and deferments). Data about the victims, htier relationships with the defendents and conclusions about their portion of guilt in the act of seduction and the need for revision of the concept of seduction and of the legislation relevant to this matter.
