Abstract

This review aims to present the concept of New Design in Brazil. The fundamental aspect of this approach highlights the state-of-the-art of contemporary pieces in the post-industrial society, considering the authors Beat Schneider, Andrea Branzi, Ezio Manzini & Anna Meroni, among others. Furthermore, in order to explain our thinking, we focus on activities of some Brazilian designers in the application of this concept.
