It deals with the enforcement of judgment by unconstitutionality with support in the article 475-L, § 1ª, from the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedures. At first, it studies the origin of the legal rule and on its constitutionality. It tries to establish which is the nature of the effect of its application. It deals with the application requirements of the measure, in general, and of its main characteristics and the respective limits.
