Abstract

In this work, it is intended to face objectively a matter that has generated not only controversies as concrete problems of difficult solution: the active legitimacy "ad causam" to actions aiming homogeneous individual interest's defense. And, to such reason, the study of the essential characteristics of these actions started to be a relevant matter its correct use.
