The aim of this paper is to study the transnationalregulation of financial issues, especially with regard to the capitalmarket. In order to give greater effect to state regulatory practices,we propose the use of a new theoretical paradigm,transgovernmentalism. The adoption of this theory allows for atrue revolution in the field of international financial cooperation,making communication between regulatory bodies more technicaland efficient.Downloads
