This paper analyzes, with the dialectical methodology, the utilization of the 'order of injunction' to compel the Executive and Legislative Branch to produce the mandatory legislation for the annual review of civil servants' subsidies - based on the importance of remuneration as a Fundamental Right of the worker. Subsequently, this research assesses the role of Labor Unions in ensuring these category's rights; verifies the essential role of the Judiciary as its protector; and analyzes its operationalization by mean of action, such as the Order of Injunction.Downloads
