Factores que afectan el intercambio de conocimiento em equipos virtuales

Resumen

Objetivo: Identificar los factores que influyen en el compartimiento de conocimiento en equipos virtuales, buscando mejorar la gestión del conocimiento en estos equipos.
Metodología: Se realizó una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura, con búsqueda exploratoria en las bases de datos Web ofScience, Scopus y Google Académico, con el fin de identificar artículos sobre el tema publicados en los últimos cinco años. El análisis cualitativo fue conducido utilizando la técnica de análisis de contenido, seleccionando 10 artículos para un examen detallado.
Resultados: Los principales factores que influyen en el compartimiento de conocimiento en equipos virtuales fueron identificados y organizados en cinco categorías: individuales, de equipo, organizacionales, tecnológicos y transnacionales.
Conclusiones: Las empresas pueden mejorar la gestión del conocimiento en equipos virtuales adoptando herramientas colaborativas, promoviendo una cultura de compartimiento e invirtiendo en capacitación. Se propone un sistema abarcador para categorizar los factores identificados, ofreciendo una base para estrategias de gestión más eficaces. Se resalta que por tratarse de una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura, no es posible evaluar el impacto de estos factores en diferentes tipos de empresas, sugiriendo la necesidad de futuras investigaciones.
