Ensino de inteligência competitiva: uma análise da literatura presente na Web of Science e na Scopus

Objective: To map and analyze the documents on Competitive Intelligence teaching present in the Web of Science and Scopus databases, in order to contribute to the development or improvement of current and future teaching solutions in this area.
Methodology: This is a descriptive and bibliographic research.
Results: The international literature on the topic is mainly based on the presentation and discussion of cases from actual courses/training, mostly taught by the authors of the articles and conference papers retrieved from the bases themselves. Customization prevails: each course is built according to its objective, the profile of the students and instructors, and the context of application of the course.
Conclusions: Adjusting the teaching methods and their technologies to the specific demands of each course is the determining challenge for the success of instruction in Competitive Intelligence.
