Digital Preservation Policy

The journal História & Ensino adopts a long-term digital preservation policy to ensure the authenticity, integrity, and availability of its scholarly content.

The journal participates in the Cariniana Network, coordinated by the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (IBICT), which uses LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) technology to support the distributed preservation of digital content and help ensure its long-term availability.

In addition, the journal is registered with The Keepers Registry, an international initiative designed to identify and monitor the digital preservation practices of scholarly publications.

These initiatives form part of the journal's efforts to preserve its collection, ensure continued access to published scientific output, and promote the lasting dissemination of academic knowledge.
