Abstract

The article has the access to Eustáquio Neves' creation archives as a starting point to a discussion about the artist's paths and the photographic image itsef. In order to achieve this purpose, processes criticism is used, as well as the observation of these documents in a phenomenological perspective. The problem that motivates this paper is to understand how the dialogue between the concept of creation as a network and the procedures adopted by Neves is accomplished. The article also presents the processes criticism as a possible approach towards the image, facing the emerging theoretical challenges.
