Abstract

This dossier brings together articles produced from ideas presented in the format of expanded abstracts at the II International Meeting on Qualitative Research and/or Action Methodologies, which took place from March 14 to 16, 2024, in Londrina, Paraná. The selected works demonstrate the variety of qualitative approaches and encompass discussions around the transformation of social contradictions through qualitative research and/or participatory action. The event is part of a continuous process of questioning that seeks to overcome dominant epistemological structures, promoting a debate on the need for science to move away from Eurocentric paradigms and connect with the complexity of the Global South.
