This text deals Mexico in the middle decades of 1920 and 1930, the period of reconstruction of the country, still marked by the Revolution1s trace. Time of Cultural Renaissance, social and political conflicts, who will be boarded by means of visual sources, with total attention for Tina Modotti1s photography, who affiliates to the Mexican Communist Party in 1927, also emphasizing the construction of the image and its various types analysis and interpretation, and the relationship between art and politics, as well exemplified in the figure of Modotti.Downloads
