O SUAS em Londrina: dados preliminares

This paper presents preliminary data about a broader research which has as a main objective to analyze the correlation between proposals and results about the implementation of the Social Assistance Unique System. Its subject is the Basic Social Protection. Its analytic matrix is the process evaluation and its methodology includes documental and field research. The analyzed data are part of a pilot project performed in the city of Londrina . The research is now at its initial phase and its first results have been taken by means of field research carried out at four Social Assistance Reference Centers, located in North, South, East and West areas. The conclusions have pointed out that the unit s are places that allow the possibility to offer a spread of social services related to basic social protection and constitute the entry door for the social security guarantees regulated by the NOB/2004. The current phase of this research shows the arrangement of these Social Assistance Reference Centers related to their demands and functions.
