Abstract

This paper is a sociolinguistic work in that we plan study the realization of rotics in Paranaguá town, state of Paraná. To proceed a more complete research about this subject we've worked in three distinct fronts: belief and attitude, linguistic and extralinguistic factors involved in rotics production in external syllable coda and context of use between retroflex, velar, glottal, alveolar and tepe forms of rotics.

Farmacêutico-bioquímico (CRF 9- 2636), professor, escritor e pesquisador da Faculdade de Filosofia Ciências e Letras de Paranaguá.
