Ethos, piadas e personagens femininas: identificando as imagens da mulher no gênero piada

Our proposal with this article is to show as the ethos category it can be used as "analysis tool" in the search of the social representations about the woman in the gender joke, focalizing mainly the feminine characters' construction and the relationships that these possess with other characters. We retook, for that, the notions of discursive ethos, of previous ethos and of scénographie proposed by Dominique Maingueneau to which we allied some principia of analysis of Patrick Charaudeau's Semiolinguistic Theory. Starting from the characters' of the gender enunciations joke, we intended to appear a possibility of analysis of the woman's different ethé whose bases come to appear founded in the social representations.
