Abstract

The article discusses ways of approaching the space of nature taken by some artists, whose poetic project to this space can reveals tendencies and internationalities conditioned by cultural variants from the affective relationship between the artist and the space (topofilia). We start from the hypothesis that discusses two ways of approaching the creative process and the spaces taken as art material. We intend to develop one of them, from the project of an artwork: "Entre Saudades e Guerrilhas" by Piatan Lube, which approaches the Nature with a community dialogue sharing social memories and environment, revealing a process based on the collaborative perspective (an the external authors). At this poetic dialogue with space, materials and communities, Lube takes them as basic materials to construct a plastic project as a social sculpture, whose main document of process is the culture and memory of the community.
