This paper is meant to analyze the development of the credit policy for small producers of six major cultures in the state of Paraná during the 80's. A comparative analysis official/ norms for the basic cost value in relation to the real financial obligations established by OCEPA R IOCB along with the agricultural seasonal plan of the State was made in this work.
